I loved the spacious duplex apartment and the quietness away from the city chaos. The breakfast had a great variety, with delicious cheeses and fresh fruits. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky, but there are spots along the street.

The check-in was early and the atmosphere was quiet overall. Suite was modern. The staff was excellent, just as I expected. The location in a very nice area was comfortable and there were a bakery and a supermarket nearby.

Main best thing for the hotel is its situation -5 min walk to U-bahn station and only 8 stations (20min aprox.) to city center.
our stay there was 3 nights but room service comes only once...

The double room is wonderful and has a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a refrigerator...

The hotel definitely needs to step up its game. Breakfast? A catastrophe-no croissants and dirty plates? How charming! My room faced the bustling street. Noise was good. Funny enough, i expected a complimentary upgrade but alas, nothing was offered. I almost thought of giving a decent review but just couldn't!

The varied breakfast selections were excellent, catering to all diets and offering good local flavors.
The check-in process was problematic due to miscommunication about late access to my room, leading to confusion and longer wait times.

This was expensive as it was during Oktoberfest, but it was failry comfortable for four people. Room should have been cleaner, but breakfast was included in the price and was acceptable.

Good breakfast.
The night porter was very unkind. The room with 8 beds was nothing more than a camping with mattress on the floor.

Location is good, convenient from airport or central train station to this hotel by metro. The hotel staffs are very friendly. There's a small yard inside the hotel, you can have breakfast with sunshine and relax. The room is clean and facility is simple & enough for all basic functions. But for the person who get used to new towel everyday need pay attention that the towel will only be changed once when you check-in.
